After purchase, please send an email to Maythriel.fairy@gmail.com so I can send you an email back with our customs specific email asking for general information before we have a video call where I will thoroughly ask for all the details you wish to have in your crown. I require this step as I will have no other way of contacting you to get the details for your crown. Please complete this step even if it asks you for an email at checkout.
The consultation price is non-refundable but $35 dollars will be deducted from the final price of the crown. After we have fully discussed your crown and flushed out all the details I will put a custom listing up with the final price. This needs to be paid in full before I start your crown.
Pricing: My crowns are a base price of $600+$12 shipping. This includes one pair of suncatcher wings, 2 medium sized flowers (up to 20 petals each), fully beaded, with ribbon on a steel headband. The wires will be covered for your comfort with ribbon and felt, this wire is made of copper. You can request the ribbon and felt match your hair or the wings themselves.
if you would like large flowers instead of medium flowers (Large classified as 20+ petals each. This includes spider lilies, wisteria, lilacs, etc.) are $80 each as they are incredibly time consuming to make. My roses, water lilies, peonies, and Japanese chrysanthemums are all classified as medium sized flowers for reference.
Additions: Each additional medium flower beyond the two included is $60, small is $25. Each additional wing set is $200 for a pair. Cascading petal chain is $60.
Designs: I have 13 beautiful designs you can choose from, I unfortunately won’t be able to take designs made by you or anyone else as I won’t be able to determine if any of the designs have been stolen or are possibly too close to another fairy creator's designs. I also do not accept AI art for fairy designs.
I WILL NOT be asked to copy another fairy designer's work but I will ask that you gather inspo on a pinterest board so I may catch the vibes you want me to portray! I have examples of this on my own Pinterest page @ Maythriel -Please try to refrain from pinning other fairy artists work or referring to other fairy artists' work as it can hinder my own creative style!
Wire: My wings are adjustable along the metal band, they can be posed backwards or forwards and can slide up and down the headband to fit your head. You can also do this with the flowers and chain. With all this said please note that wire can work harden and break if bent too much, but with all my years working with crowns I only broke one and it was the first pair I had ever made using the wrong gauge of wire.
My wings are completely hand made and hand painted and so are the flowers which are made from the ground up, petal by petal. The beaded chain is also made link by link and I bead everything by hand. With all that said, there will always be human flaws that cannot be avoided like bubbles, lint, and scratches. I do, however, take a lot of care when making all my wings and I will always give my absolute best! If you do have any additional questions please message me on my email!
all crowns come with a window command strip so you can display it in a sunny window!
rainbows need light in order to exist! they absolutely look best in direct sunlight (and will only cast rainbows in direct sunlight), especially during sunrise and sunset. If you are doing wedding photography, I will give a sheet of tips on how to get the perfect rainbows!
